No, I mean, will we be able to use the [#sb] and [#fb] tags to have the effects without pauses, and then use [#s] and [#f] if (for whatever reason) we do want the pauses?

All of the colours are now in exactly the same colour as they are in the AA games. When you upgrade your trial to use AAO 6's system, it will change your colours to use the new ones. :)

No, Meph. I mean when you click red it comes out orange.

The button says red, but when you click the red button, the text turns AA orange, not AAO red. That's what I'm saying. A minor disconnect, really. I'm just being nitpicky :P

Oh, sorry. ^^' I think it makes more sense to call it "red" than "orange", because that's what we've been calling it for years, even before AAO existed. :) On the DS, it looks more like red (at least, to me, it does). It's not exactly orange; it's in between orange and red, so I guess it's really subjective. :P

Yes, that's the whole point of adding the b tags instead of just changing the way the old ones are executed.
The old ones will stay the same, and I'll add new "b" ones without pause (which is basically what I said previously).

I haven't done the questionnaire yet, but I must say I love how V6 is coming along! Everything is more streamlined, the presentation has improved quite a bit, everything is more clear, etc. I love it! :) (Although it will definitely take me some time to get adjusted to the positioning mechanics if I want to make an AAI case. XP)

Just wanted to compliment you on the design so far, keep up the good work!

Looking good. It'll take time to adjust, but it'll be worth it.

I think my favorite part about this is that it makes it easier to make the "Interrogation" feature I'll be creating with the fact that you can put several sprites on the screen at once.

Ah, yes, gotMLK7. Your emerging legacies one.
Anyways, about the form. I think the V6 interface is better because you can relate to it, as it is more similar to the actual games. Sorry, I just didn't want to bore through all the Why tables.

Will we be able to use the custom pause tag? I'm talking about this:

Code: Select all

Hello.[#p20] My name,[#p10] as you may have guessed,[#p10] is: [p#50]
Threezerothree Seraph.
Another question...
Will we be able to center the introductory green text for locations? I'm referring to:

Code: Select all

Date, Time
Location
Location Detail

First question: Yes! :D
Second question: I actually don't know if that's planned for AAO 6. It might come in a later version. :)

OK, thanks for replying!

I've got another question:
Will we be able to use AAI's navigational system? As in, will we be able to walk around the crime-scene?

Will we be able to color something differently form the predetermined color? I'm talking about this:

Hello!
My name is Threezerothree Seraph!
How are you?

You can do that anyway. Just highlight the text before you click on it, and tags will appear around it. :)
