(No person jumped or climbed out of the windows anyway. So the only possibility is that they climbed in. Or didn't climb at all.
A dead person can't climb, that's for sure. So..try to piece your theory together and I'll tell you that on a lolno scale ranging from 1 to 10, how lolno your theory is.)
Congratulations, you understood what "inside" and "outside" means. No person ever left the mansion, remember?
Spoiler : Actually :
I think the correct red text is that No person left the Island.
Spoiler : :
...Fine. I can't remember everything clearly. But does it make a difference?
@Kwando:
Spoiler : :
What if the rooms were actually besides eachother in the hallway, not on opposite sides? Both of these windows open on the hallway, but neither of them is facing the other.

Windows... into hallway. That's certainly an... unique architecture.
Spoiler : :
...Actually, the window's location doesn't even matter, does it? The only difference it makes is that you couldn't throw something out of one and into the other.
I'd appreciate an official statement on the following issues:
Spoiler : :
* It was said that nobody jumped out of the windows. What does this mean, specifically?
* Was anything stated about the number of keys?
[D]isordered speech is not so much injury to the lips that give it forth, as to the disproportion and incoherence of things in themselves, so negligently expressed. ~ Ben Jonson
Alright, next possibility. Although the key corresponding to each room is needed to unlock the room, it is not needed to lock the room. This sounds stupid, but I did think it was a bit odd how Shannon said "only opened" instead of "opened only"

The key is needed to lock the room. Both from the inside and the outside.
