Balmy weather

Guess what this is a topic to tell us what is balmy about the weather.
In Yate we had hail and then sleet with sunshine and rain.

Ground fog and frost low to high.

What has you weather been like? The Balmy the better.

Last September was the rainiest September since the measuring started in 1800s. The sheer amount of all the rain has been just abnormal... For Finland at least.

Funnily enough, when I was in UK for a bit less than a month there didn't rain much. Only some days and none of them even lasted the whole day. Just an hour or two.

In germany, it can be like, everything Sometimes the weather here isn't that great. It's pretty mild, but meh I like it when it's not too cold but not too warm for me.

My shoes start squeaking when it rains. Despite of that, I like rain, too.

Btw, I love snow. Good thing I live as north as I do. Winter clothes can be bothersome though. That reminds me I should get a new coat... Currently I have only a brown-ish long coat for about 10 C and another shoter one that's black and fur-trimmed for below -10 C but nothing in-between. I'm seriously freezing!

It's been quite convenient, lately. It'll just rain during the night when everyone is indoors anyway. But now that I'm in Mid Wales and winter is slowly approaching, things are different. It basically goes like this: sun, sun, sun, BATTERING DOWN, sun, sun, sun. But whenever I bring my brolly out, it stops raining.

The weather where I live is notoriously unpredictable. There is a projected 30 degree (F) difference between tomorrow's high and yesterday's. Last month, there were four times when the temperature changed by 15 degrees in less than 24 hours. That can't be normal. As for snowfall, that is equally erratic. In the last few three years, we've had situations where we had snow by mid-late-October to almost no snowfall by Christmas. (The projections this year are for abundant snow, which is just lovely...)

To be serious, that's some pretty erratic predictions...

And we rarely get snow here. Just rain, rain, and more rain.

I live in Southern California. It's supposed to be sunny at all times. I HATE it when it rains. I like the weather hot and sunny. Which it has been lately, fortunately. But it's getting into the rainy season and I don't want it to :'(
