Hello people, you can call me Parrot Man! No, I'm not a superhero/villain.

Yes, I'm the same one from Court-Records if you just so happen to see me. No, I don't post there often or much on forums at all lately. Heck, I kind of retired from the Ace Attorney fandom for a good number of years. It wasn't until I played Turnabout Substitution, my first fan game, back in February/March that it sort of...brought me out of retirement. Now I come to find that there is quite a bit of talent in this community. I mean, an entire online engine for Ace Attorney?! I never would have imagined such a thing back in 2009 when I left.

I played some amazing ones, some great ones, some decent ones, and maybe 1 or 2 bad ones out of bad luck. It can't be easy to balance life and making those cases. I especially feel bad for those who are ambitious enough to try multi-case projects. Good luck regardless!
Again, just passing through...

Hi, I'm new to AAO. I got into AA a few months ago when I downloaded the Phoenix Wright Trilogy, I'm halfway through DD now. Big fan of the games. I've been on other forums for years but this is my first AA forum, hope I fit in here!

Think that's why so many relationships fail, because people wind up forcing themselves to find good in the other person, play up who they are to appear more attractive to them... but well... real love is being yourself, with someone who cares about you and accepts you for who you are.

Ugh it's been a rough two weeks. My dad had a bad fall earlier today. While he'll be ok, he's going to need to have somebody to take care of him for the next couple days while he heals. So don't expect me to be around much on Discord or AAO (though I rarely am on the latter anyway) until probably Saturday or Sunday.

What's up, everyone!

I've been on this site for quite some time... I think. I'd say 2 years... But anyways, I haven't really thought about the forums until like a week ago and decided to present myself like evidence and say hello.

I do have questions though. I tried looking at pages on the help forum to see if they have already been answered, but my mental disabilities continue to just harass me and making it difficult to find them. I looked at the tutorials as well. I don't know if I missed anything, but I'll go ahead and go to the help forum later today and ask away.

Thanks. :)

I damaged my laptop's display back in May, and due to a long series of coincidences, I haven't been able to get fixed yet. I'm sending my computer back into the shop tomorrow evening, and I'm not sure when I'll have it back yet! I'll post here tomorrow when I have more details on how long I'll be absent for.

Expect decreased activity until it gets fixed. Due to other circumstances, I expect to be absent on the 23rd-27th as well.

Status update: I should be getting my laptop back between Thursday and Saturday. In the meantime, activity is reduced to what I need as a moderator. I'll have similarly low levels of activity from the 23rd-25th, no activity on the 26th-27th, and I should be back to normal after that.

Welp, hello.

This is actually my second time introducing myself - I registered a second account in 2015 called Luigi_Fan, but I had forgotten that I had registered this account so long ago. I don't feel like using the second account again.

So, about me - Let's start with how I got into the Ace Attorney series. Years ago I was browsing the Wii Shop Channel and I found PW AA: Justice for All. It looked cool so I downloaded it, but unfortunately this was the second game in the series so I played the games out of order. I was able to figure out some things I should've known by playing the first game though.

The game did not disappoint - I was excited by the cut scene at the start of the game and the little bit of story that happened before the trial started. I started to play the game basically every day from then until I beat it. I was satisfied, and moved on... For now.

Later on, not sure how much time passed, I found the other two PW games - The first one and Trials and Tribulations. At first I was like "There's more?" then I put in enough points in my account to be able to download both of them. Luckily I picked the first game to play since picking TT would've confused me some more at that point. I think I beat the game faster than I did with the second game - However it doesn't help that the first case is incredibly easy and playing Justice for All made my puzzle solving skills better. It is however, harder in the sense that it doesn't have a health bar.

After I beat those two games. I didn't really feel satisfaction like I did when I beat justice for all - I wanted more. However none of the other games had been ported to the Shop Channel yet. There was also the fact that I didn't even know that more games in the series even existed until later on when I wanted to do some research.

Aside from me playing the AA games, I've been playing other games too - Largely Nintendo games, but still. I also like to roleplay, but I don't feel like I'm all that good at it sometimes.

Anyway, you're probably wondering how I found this place. There was this weird online multiplayer version of AA where you could play cases with other people on a server. I was searching for a download for it, but found this place instead. While it wasn't what I initially wanted, making custom cases is an awesome idea. Will I ever make one? Probably not, but it's nice to know that it can be done.

Will I be active here? Sadly, probably not. This website just never stuck out to me in my mind. I can still try, but I'm busy with school.
