Aoshi wrote:...Yeah, I screwed up pretty big this Round.

To be fair, I got put between a rock and a hard place when FF3 contacted me Night One.

I don't remember my logic for not affiliating Sinbad to the Mafia... in retrospect, this plan here would have worked anyway.

The one screwup of the Round was this:

I sent in an affiliation request to Ghaleon to affiliate Zakeri earlier that Night. When I tried to affiliate Sinbad, I forgot to ask him to cancel the Zakeri affiliation.

IF I HAD DONE THAT, I WOULD HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED CECIL ><...

Oh well. 'Twas a blast while it lasted.
actually aoshi, not really
see, the whole story behind my affiliation was this...

I roleclaimed to FF3girl, and told her i would join the town on day 2, because i wanted a shot at a crystal before joining the town. She agreed, but then during night 1 she pm'd me with the news that someone had claimed cecil to her, and she wanted them to affiliate me. I told her that's fine, but to maybe wait one more phase, as i hadn't yet gotten a crystal.
Then, things got crazy. The next morning, I was talking to Nat, and she roleclaims to me...saying she was Cecil. Automatically i assumed she was the person ff3 was talking about, but then it became clear that Nat hadn't roleclaimed to FF3...that's when i knew there was a problem. Two people were claiming Cecil.

So right then and there I had Nat affiliate me to the town. She set the request, and in a few minutes i got a pm from GVK...saying that TWO people had requested I join the town. I accepted, and then I asked GVK the names of those who had requested me. One, of course, was NaturallyLazy...the other was Aoshi. That rang alarm bells in my head, and i asked GvK the next question burning in my mind: was it possible for a mafioso to recruit a wild to the town. The answer: yes. Suspicion became certainty when FF3 told me the name of he who roleclaimed Cecil to her...Aoshi.

It was then that we decided Edge was to target Aoshi during day 2, but it also led directly to a few other things: I was thoroughly convinced that the mafia knew i was affiliated to the town, and even if they didn't, id still be a prime target night 2 for Barbariccia. So, we hatched a plan (we being me, FF3, Zakeri, and Nat) to gather all the roles. We'd have Zakeri do a Pie/Gvk style takeover of the town, and have the roles report to him, with me roleclaiming to back him up. But i had an idea for a post coming out, and after they saw it they felt that I should take the forefront, with Zakeri pretending to be the person who affiliated me.

Looking back...this really illustrates how much of an effect one mafioso can have on the outcome of an entire game. XD

Risky, but genius.

I really wish now that I was active and hadn't been lynched on day 1. Oh well.

QFT.

Seriously, this is part why I was against the idea of Reminiscence topics. Mindless spam like this is quite unnecessary.

I can read, buddy. I know you did, but I am on a tentative connection on the road right now, so I don't have the time and space to be replying to everyone and their dog.

I'd like to take this time to say "sorry" to those I may have angered through my actions and words. I'm not a real bad guy really, but I end up acting like a complete ass at times. My deepest, sincerest, and most heartfelt apologies.

Although, the only thing that saddens me is that I learned this from another. Let it be known that one should not be afraid to come to me if you have a problem with me. As long as we discuss the situation in a reasonable and civil manner, I am almost always ready to discuss things.

This reminds me:

We should only have constructive criticism in the DT.
