Just letting people know Nick's case is now a solo project from this point on. I have some other obligations I need to handle and don't think I can contribute anything further to the case (Not really 'dropping out', but passing the reins over to my esteemed colleague).

It's perfectly suitable to have both of your names on it, even if one of you ends up doing the majority of the work. Teamwork is teamwork, after all.
