I had an idea for a trial swimming around, but I don't think I can make it work for the theme.

Interesting theme there, DWaM. You can get some really interesting non-trials with this theme.
But this breaks my streak of like first post in a case comp thread. Boo.

Got nothing for the theme, but am always here should anybody want a beta or something of the kind.

Last time we had one entry that was a completely original story, no connection to the AA franchise, which was sort of a VN with an RPG battle mechanic, and it did quite well.
