Intro Cutscene

Post by sentairider42 »

What is the best way to make a cut-scene like they have in the games at the beginning of each case?

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to learn how AAO V6 works by 'constructing a duplicate' of case 1-2: Turnabout Sisters.

Hmm, well that would mean you need scrolling images or just images like they have in the intro which you can use one's from the games or make your own, you can also make it so the text continues without having to click next.

To translate Sajaki's explanation into editor actions, the basic thing is that you experiment with "Wait for" to so that the text appears fully, stays a bit, and proceeds to the next frame without human interaction. Don't forget "Wait for" takes miliseconds (1/1000 of a second).
