Collaborator Doesn't Work?
I'm trying to add my friend to Collaborators so we can work on making a case together but when I enter the name and press the arrow, the name just disappears and doesn't enter it. i'm pretty sure I am doing it right. Does "Collaborators" not actually mean work with other people?....i'm lost..
Sorry, Must Dash.

You are supposed to click the name from a list that appears as you type to make sure you spelled the name correctly THEN click the arrow.da_racer64 wrote:I'm trying to add my friend to Collaborators so we can work on making a case together but when I enter the name and press the arrow, the name just disappears and doesn't enter it. i'm pretty sure I am doing it right. By the way, collaborating just gives your friend editing access to your case. You can't work on the case at the same time without losing data, at least not yet.
