This might sound stupid, but I've never been on this site before so I don't know how much of this works.
I'm trying to make the scene where the screen gets negatized
and the psyche locks show up, but I can't figure it out.
To clarify: I need help with negatizing the scene so it looks
how it looks in the games.
I'm in a situation where I can only use my phone, so if there's
any computer applications I would need, I'm screwed.

Currently not possible without external software, but there's something in the works that might help with this. Can't say when it'll be available, but right now, your only option is some sort of image editing program.
