Just dropping the first rough-draft based on trying to get a spiffier background than a simple gradient for the Internet to see:

Next time I'll try to be more serious and attempt to slap my composition style on it, since I just used a background from a random app and made it as a background (I don't know the name anymore cuz deleted).

I added in an extra frame to smoothen the loop as some others suggested.
Does that fix any problems? And it's only a one-frame difference so please
don't just take a glance and say "looks the same". Pay attention to how
they're different. I think it makes the legs look a little more natural.

I like the coloring, its very vibrant. The shoe shape and cloth folds need work though. Oh, and is that an upside-down magatama I spy? With no prayer beads, I see...

Yeaaaah I'm probably gonna start that animation over again at some point.
