It's not bad regardless...though the skin tone looks obviously off. You should fix that.

It looks like you're using Klavier's skin tone for the normal sprites and / or the zoom sprite. Kristoph's is a tad lighter.

Manfred demands dominance, so his body is quite large. So you'll have to make the body bigger. Either that, or make the face thinner. I see Kristoph as a tall skinny man so...

I hate using him as a base, but he's the only person who has this sort of snap, excluding Klavier, his just isn't good for Krissy, I'll see what I can do.

His right hand looks strange. It's a bit too big, and the angle is wrong. It's like it's completely straight, rather than positioned under his left arm.
