Ah, Square Enix. Already thinking of a sequel to a game that take a long, long time to come out. You might as well remake Final Fantasy 7 if you continue doing this. >_> And besides, the PS4 has enough to handle a remake of FF7, so you can spend a bunch of time on the FF7 models.

Golden Sun 4 coming out on the Switch with Golden Sun remakes of the first two games?
Was previously Ryuusai09.

Maaaaaaaaaaaan the Lightning Returns boxart looks terrible. I've always hated that logo (and that costume), but Lightning looks freakin' PLASTIC. It literally looks like they took a picture of a FIGURINE of her.

Not only that, is it impossible to call it XIII-3?
Like the creator of Final Fantasy, I'm better at telling a story.
If you need help animating Ace Attorney sprite sheets, I'm your man.

I think Gumps the shaders on the armor is messing with your perspective on her.

Still you're pretty right. I think it's a poorly designed box art. The placement of the font titles (which is weird to have without some cool logo the FF series is known for) looks weird too.

Might as well jump in here real quick.

Final Fantasy VII has been rereleased on PC and is available on Steam for $12 bucks. Game runs actually better and more smooth than on the PS.

Fun times! Now, if they could do that the the older versions...maybe VIII and IX too...and Tactics...

Is it true that the CG scenes and soundtrack are really low-quality in this version? I had heard some disappointing rumors about the port, though nothing that affected gameplay.

the music from the "old" PC port was all MIDIS. it was a lazy port, to say the least. Not sure about the CG scenes though...I played it a long time ago and it wasn't *that* bad.

There is a way to replace the current soundtrack with the OST if you have it. As far as the CG, it looks almost the same. I haven't played the original VII on PS for a long time since it was stolen.

Some steam users have said that they already made small updates (such as using a better soundtrack than just plain MIDIs) with the steam version of the release. Can't confirm though

It doesn't look THAT bad. At least to my horrible eyes.

Well, there is literally a tone of graphic-enhancing mods (which may take 1 hour of copy-pasting-editting-dksarkwgdhthae files to work), but they make the game look a lot more appealing. Also there are a lot of other modes including hard-core mode, which is something that motivated me to play the game again. (Don't try to defeat the end-game bosses in that one though, they are unholy difficult!).

Also, regarding FFXIII series. I have the previous two so I'll get Lightning Returns I guess.

Also pt2. Anyone is in FXIV A realm reborn beta? ^^. I have a key for ps3 which I'm never going to use if someone is interested.

"Q: Has [main character] Lightning gone from a C cup to a D cup?

Goto: Well, Toriyama-san said he wanted them bigger, so…

Toriyama: Hey, don’t try to escape responsibility for this!

Goto: Yes, we made them bigger.

Q. Was it a C cup, up until now? Are her breasts going to jiggle, this time?

Goto: Yes!

Toriyama: It depends on the clothing. Like if she’s wearing corrective underwear."
