AHA! I figure it out! Geno's pic appears to be male, but clearly has female on profile, so that means...IT'S BOTH!

*Facepalm at Shepard*
Geno's definetly a dude. He just identifies as a female, which is totally cool.
<_<
Remember to watch what you say about that kind of stuff. It could offend people.

Yes, why is everyone that isn't in the show's target audience so obsessed with it? What's so great about yet another kids' show? :?

Wow, where's your inner child? There are shows made for kids that are amazing. Gargoyles, Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Rugrats, Invader Zim, Fairly Odd Parents, Johnny Bravo, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales, Looney Toons, Batman Beyond, Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Pinky and the Brain, Justice League (and Justice League: Unlimited), Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock, and many more! These shows not only form our childhood, but are quality shows that last through the years.

I will grant you, however, that there are a lot of crappy kid's shows. In fact, new programming has been particularly lackluster, like Regular Show, Adventure Time, The Misadventures of Flapjack, iCarly, and much more schlock.

What's special about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Well, first of all, it's the first MLP show that has quality writing and animation. This also segues nicely into my second point: it's a quality show in a sea of crap. There's not much out there in new programming targeted for kids that actually has quality writing and animation. Why does this second point matter? Because MLP:FiM is actually middle of the pack among shows that also have good writing and animation, but the fact that it's come out now when so much is not working, makes it more noticeable.

Trust me, it's at least worth the try. I'd give it four episodes before judging it, as the first two episodes merely set up the premise of the show, and the next two episodes give you a better idea of what the rest of the show is like.

He means that there is... a scent of... lesbian behaviour in it, and he's asking if that's what's going on.
