Only played the patched ccases so far, but Imprisoned is pretty weak and in of itself rules AAI2 being better than Dual Destinies out.
SwagmaWampyr wrote:So, is Pokemon X really that hypeworthy?
Still haven't finished it, a combination of Dual Destinies and Breaking Bad have slowed my progress. Withholding verdict, will get back to you.

All I'm going to say is that you'll appreciate GK2 MUCH more once things fall into place. :P

Yeah, but... there is basically no way DD could have been any better than it was. Whereas Imprisoned kinda sucked, which is already one mark on GK2's record.

Not that I doubt GK2 will be amazing once all is said and done, I just can't imagine it topping DD.

All you have to do is click the link to find out the "won't watch" part, Wolf. :P The five are 07-Ghost, Fairy Tail, Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn!, Kiba and Naruto. Saved you the trouble of clicking. :D

...Yeah, that. Though that needs updating - I've decided to (semi-begrudgingly) give Naruto a chance, as I'm gradually working my way through all the most famous battle shonens. I just finished hunter X Hunter (the 1999 one, I'll probably watch the 2011 one once it catches up to the manga), I'm about to start Rurouni Kenshin, and once that is done, Naruto.

I might extend that courtesy to Fairy Tail and Reborn as well if I ever pretty much completely run out of noteworthy anime to watch.
Wolf Speaker wrote:And could you name some of the ones you dropped, and explain why?
Well, again, just click my sig and you can check all the ones I dropped from there. The majority were just dropped because I didn't have the free time to keep up with all the airing shows I was watching, and the shows in question were just really bad and likely to be totally forgotten about within a year's time. There are a few exceptions to this - Detective Conan, for example, was perfectly fine, but I can't ever imagine myself wanting to watch 600+ episodes of it.

Shudder. Don't watch Fairy Tail. Trust me.

Could you explain why you won't watch 07-Ghost, KHR and Kiba though?

Hah, totally with you on Detective Conan. Love the series, but 600+ is a lot of episodes.

Anyways, congrats!

How did you get into the art of spriting, what did you think of spriting before you started, and did you see yourself becoming the amazing sprite artist you are today? :)

And what exactly IS your current avatar? XD

Think that's why so many relationships fail, because people wind up forcing themselves to find good in the other person, play up who they are to appear more attractive to them... but well... real love is being yourself, with someone who cares about you and accepts you for who you are.

07 Ghost seems little more than Fujoshi-bait, KHR looks to be an endless, generic, cut-and-paste battle shonen (same reason I was giving Fairy Tail a miss), and Kiba is supposedly Escaflowne without the steampunk and the glorious cel animation.
TKinhonipei wrote:Anyways, congrats!
You are correct. They are.
TKinhonipei wrote:How did you get into the art of spriting
Monkey see, monkey do.
TKinhonipei wrote:what did you think of spriting before you started
I didn't think much at that point. Less thought, more action, that was how it all went.
TKinhonipei wrote:did you see yourself becoming the amazing sprite artist you are today? :)
Nope. Didn't have much of a plan for the future.
TKinhonipei wrote:And what exactly IS your current avatar? XD
A skinned chicken, smoking a cigar. I shall say no more, other than that you really should watch Humanity Has Declined.
