GUIDE: Basic frankenspriting

Post by LunchPolice »

Made this for Detective Gumshoe, but others can use it too.
The end result isn't amazing, but it's just for the purpose of a guide.

Wonderful, wonferful XD
"Why hey there apollo. *Steals hair*"

Easy to understand guide, but at the part of "Still use some minor editing."
Try saying what you did. (Remove the neck line, etc.)

Nice guide, as always. Easy to understand, easy to apply.

(Of course, I don't need it anymore, but it sure would have been nice if I had this guide when I was starting out. Would've made my job a little bit easier. :XD: )

I would repeat what dypo said,, but it's really unnessary.
Also, Next guide should be "How to turn a frankensprite into its own sprite" :P

Make a whole new image, and paste them all into.
That's how I do it.

What should I use for frankenspriting? Paint.net? Or others?

Paint.NET works just fine and also provides you with the extra benefit of being able to work in layers.
