Unrelated but targeted towards the OP
Was that character in any way shape or form inspired by this song?

Re: Official AAO Competition: Paranormal Activity
No, I did not know it before. I just wanted a pun that calls to mind associations with "psycho" and "psychic" (and I got a semi-inspiration from such titles as "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K." and "Mob Psycho 100").
I hadn't known there were so many idiots in the world until I started using the Internet.

Re: Official AAO Competition: Paranormal Activity
My entry!
Kay Ohva
Age: 16 - Ability: Can See Ghosts
Ever since Kay was born her family noticed she was different to normal kids. She'd seem as if she'd be talking to herself a lot, and would sometimes come home saying things that no one around her could've ever taught her. It wasn't until one day that an elderly monk explained that she had the power to see spirits, and she had been communicating with them. She also scares the living daylights out of Jinxie whenever she tells her stories of the ghosts and spirits she's met. She was made a special set of glasses which help tune in and out her vision of spirits, so she can focus on the real world, and not get distracted by any wandering spirits.
Fun fact: Her name is a play on "Obake" (Japanese for "ghost") when reversed. "Ohva Kay" - オウバ・ケー

Important Announcement
The deadline passed yesterday, yet no one seems to notice. I observe declining interest in sprite competitions lately, but even in the worst of times we had at least four contestants. So, I think we should move the deadline by two or three weeks. Who does agree?

Y'know, I've been learning how to sprite. I think this could be a good opportunity of trying my hand at this sort of thing.

Cool, I've been meaning to make a sprite, I've just been busy. Thanks for the extension, I'll be sure to take advantage of it.DarthWiader wrote:Very well then.

Here's my entry. And I'm entering because I want to, not because someone jabbed me. >:TSuperAj3 wrote:Today's the final day right?

This is Lola Bell. She can hypnotize people with her eyes and voice. She also uses a ring adorned with a little bell to help her sometimes.
