Perhaps I should have been clearer on this. I already knew what to do. The problem is that my shading and scratching skills are almost non-existent, and the current guides aren't that helpful to me. Because of this, I'll probably just use modified versions of the LawfulMagician set. Thanks for the effort, though.

I was using the tutorial to make AAI sprites look better behind the prosecutor bench. I linked all the layers and moved them, and then saved, but now it's not animated, and I don't know what to do to fix it.

Assuming that you used GIMP, my first guess would be that you just hit "Export" when the Export File dialog appeared. (It looks something like, "Your image should be exported before it can be saved as GIF for the following reasons:" and then gives you radio buttons.) By default, GIMP is set to do something called flatten the image, which does not make it an animation. Instead, you'll have to redo everything and then select the radio button for "Save as Animation".

I believe it's Arial, around 13.5 pts.

At the moment, it seems to be the only choice.

FileDen is unreliable at finding the links, and Dropbox eats the bandwith faster than Godot drinks coffee.

Quite a few image hosting sites are down (I only know of one and heard of others being unreliable) and so I would like to ask for the latest and greatest sites that are still up and running strong, if you wouldn't mind.

I like to scratch sprite. Feel free to ask if you need anything :3
Not very experienced at backgrounds, action shots, nor evidence, but I'd love to try.

Photobucket is still holding strong. Also, dropbox exists too (though, that eats bandwidth quickly, so I've heard...)

For Aer:

IMGbox I think, though to make them work in an editor for a game is this quote from kwando.
Oh. The proper way to use imgbox links is to use the link they have you, add an "i." In front of it, and add the extension (so .png, .gif, etc) after it. Most confusing thing ever.
But for forum posts? I think it should be OK.

Is there a reason people don't use Imgur? I personally found it super convenient, but I never hear anyone recommend it. Is it one of those sites that downgrades the quality of your .gifs and stuff?

Imgur is fine, but you have a max number of images uploaded unless you are a paid user. And since I tend to use a LOT of sprites...
