Well, I'm making my own Series.
Turnabout Splendid, I'm currently on episode 2,
and I'm wondering how to make the Box Art for it?
Can anyone tell me how they did.

There are several ways. If you want to do it yourself, follow this guide. If you don't / can't / whatever, ask someone to do it. Best boxart creator here's Tap.

You can use GIMP. It's free and it can do almost everything that Photoshop can.
