Roles of AAO VII
Town Roles wrote: Paladin King, Cecil Harvey
Power: Cecil can attempt to steal a crystal. For every Townie role still in play, this increases the success rate by 10% during the day phase.

White Wizard Queen, Rosa Farrell-Harvey
Power: Rosa can protect anyone who is being lynched by removing two votes and placing them wherever she wants to put them, but the votes must be placed on someone who has votes against him or her. This power cannot be used twice in a row.

Master Summoner, Rydia of Mist
Power: Rydia can use her black magic to use “Stop”, which detains a player from voting. Rydia must send a PM to the Gamemaster to use this power, but she cannot use this ability twice in a row.

Ninja Monarch, Edge
Power: Edge uses his ninja skills to expose or kill roles. During the day phase, he can choose a player. If that player has a special role, he can either choose to have the player’s role exposed in thread or kill the role.

Engineer, Cid Pollendina
Power: Every night phase, Cid can order one of his orderlies, Biggs and Wedge, to either detain a player from voting next phase or receive investigation results, which will have three names containing affiliations and/or roles. However, only one of them is actually true. He cannot choose the same effect twice in a row. If the same orderly is chosen by Cagnazzio, both actions are canceled.
Mafioso Roles wrote: Dark Wizard, Golbez
Power: Golbez’s night vote overrides any other vote given for a Hit. For every Mafioso role in play, Golbez can attempt to steal a crystal from the Town with a 10% chance during the night phase. This chance increases by 10% per Mafioso Role in play.

Autarch of Flame, Rubicante
Power: Rubicante can make a prediction on who will be lynched during the day phase. If guessed correctly, he will protect said person from being lynched, being the second highest will be lynched pending a die roll.

Empress of the Winds, Barbariccia
Power: Barbariccia is after Townie Roles! She sends a vote herself to the Gamemaster with the name of a role. If that Townie chosen is the role named in the vote, then the Townie dies. This power is only used every other night starting on Night 2.

Drowned King, Cagnazzo
Power: Cagnazzo always shows as Townie in normal investigations. Cagnazzio can order Biggs or Wedge to detain a Townie from voting. If Cagnazzio chooses the same orderly that Cid did, both actions are canceled.

Blighted Despot, Scarmiglione
Power: Scarmiglione uses his unclean spirit to ruin investigation reports. During the day phase, he can send the Gamemaster via PM three targets with information made up by Scarmiglione himself. There is a 50% chance that they will go through once Cid makes an investigation request. Scarmiglione cannot use this ability twice in a row.
Wildcard Role wrote: Kain Highwind
Power: For every phase that Kain remains Wildcard, he can steal a crystal at 30% efficiency. Kain does not get to choose who he wants to steal from. When Kain affiliates, the stolen crystals will be given to the leader of that faction one by one per phase.
Crystal Rules
Crystals are a key factor to the leader’s Hidden Powers. At the start of the game, random vanillas will control the crystals. The Leaders, during their crystal gathering phase, can choose a player who they think has a crystal. If they are correct, the crystal will be randomly given to one of the roles for that faction and it is officially belongs to that faction. If not, their normal power will be used to see if they obtain a crystal. If that role is killed in anyway, the Leader is then the next on the hierarchy of roles. However, the random chance of getting a Crystal is no longer valid and must pick who has a crystal.

If a role dies with a Crystal, it is transferred to another role in that faction. If a vanilla is killed with a Crystal, it will be transferred to another vanilla.

The Crystals become inert after one Hidden Power is used.

**************
If you wish to be a player, please take this to commemorate your joining to the round!

I, djoftheweb, gladly sign the MAMA and express my interest to be apart of this round of mafia.

Magnificent trial! Good that you used the classic prelude music. It can't be a real final fantasy game without that intro.

Same position, Fuzzers.

Why? Why is it every time I find a clean, fresh topic, and I post saying "first" exactly one person cuts me!

It's called bad luck. A theory, but a plausible one no less. I seem to have it a lot. :?

Kidnapping yourself in your own trial was genius, Ghaleon. And that's before I get to the setup.

In? Hell yes. I agree to the MAMA and I'm good to go.
Ah was an engineer, 'n' that meant ah solved problems.

I can't really resist a game of mafia based on FFIV, can I? If I'm not Rydia, I will blow a gasket.

I agree to the MAMA.

Also, I gotta say, that crystal system is weird but... kinda nice (for those people who hate being plain vanilla townies.)

Alrighty, I have seen the trial and I had a question, but I forgot it, so I guess it'll have to wait until I watch it again. Then it'll probably answer itself. (It was a very nice trial I might add, I'm glad I got up earlier than I needed to in order to watch it.)

I, NaturallyLazy, sign away my soul in order to participate in Ace Attorney Online Mafia Round VII, which happens to be based on Final Fantasy IV.

*yawns* Okay, maybe I should have slept a bit more.
