Which door should I take...?
For Want of a Nail
For want of a nail the shoe was lost.
For want of a shoe the horse was lost.
For want of a horse the rider was lost.
For want of a rider the message was lost.
For want of a message the battle was lost.
For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.
Task:
So, what is the task that we have set forth for you? To create an Umineko-inspired case that uses Danganronpa elements and has Nanami, Ange, and Lucina starring in prominent roles. Oh. And add in some Nanoha stuff and you'll be golden. Wait, why am I telling you how to bribe me? WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? WHY DO I KEEP CHANGING THIS OP OVER AND OVER AGAIN? GO HOME KWANDO, YOU'RE DRUNK. To create a case that has multiple endings, spurning from a decision (or multiple decisions) in the case. So, yes. This is quite bad for an incomplete.

Kwando's Judging:
Well, this is how I'm going to judge, at least. I'll let Zeta fill you in on how he's going to judge. So, here are things I'm going to be looking at.
Story: I'd hope you have a good story to tell. If it keeps me engaged, has no plot holes, and is well written, I'll enjoy it. And having me enjoy it is a good thing. And you know what else is cool? If you use unorthodox methods to captivate me to the story.
Characters: Are your characters likeable? Are they well written? If you answered yes to these questions, you make me happy. Well, unless your character is on purposely a jerkbag.
Presentation: Do you use the resources you used well? Are there random blank frames or characters showing? Typos, anyone? Basically, would you show this to someone and think "I'm proud of how this looks"? If you answered yes to that final question. Good. Huzzah. I am a happy Kwando. That being said, I'm not going to take away from your thing if you don't have any custom content. Using stock material is perfectly fine with me. (And if you do need some custom content, look in the BG packs and other places. They're good resources.)
Music: zomg no wai, it's something new! Yes. I like my music to be good. If it doesn't make my ears bleed and it's fitting, you should be on my good side.
Gameplay: If it's a gameplay driven case, is the gameplay good? Do the new innovations, if any, work well? Are there game-breaking bugs? Of course, I won't be judging the gameplay as harshly if the case isn't meant to be driven by gameplay. I'm sure I'll be able to tell if it is a gameplay-driven case, though.
Theme Relevance: Of course this is quite important. Basically, is there multiple paths I can take in this case? If yes? <Good.> If no? <Bad.> Is simple, no? That being said, if something minimally covers the prompt, that would be... meh. So please, don't just make a two endings and call it a day. That would be rather... boring.
Things that don't really matter to me:
1) Length of the case. This honestly doesn't matter. So yes, a short case could beat a really long case, so long as the short case is deemed by me to be a higher quality case.
2) Custom Graphics and whatnot. Really, they may look pretty, but if you can't get them, just use what you have in the stock material. I'm not going to say a case is bad because I can't visualize your OCs as a separate character instead. Spend your time on your writing. That's one of the most important parts of a good case.
Also, another heads up. I may or may not be streaming your case as my review. If you don't want me to stream your case, give me a note telling me that you don't want me to.

Zeta's Judging:
Pretty much the same as Kwands, though Music would be more Presentation in general. I believe that music is a small part of the overall presentation case, such as being able to use proper backgrounds, bleeps, stuff like that.

Also, I won't be terribly strict with the deadline. So long as I get it before I wake up the next day, it's all good. And no. I'm not going to be "that guy" and take a nap right at 12:01 AM and wake up right afterwards.
