Re: <3 Happy Goodness Topic <3
Man, I miss you guys. I really need to come on here more often but I've been so busy... These last few weeks have really been amazing for me. Just some of the things that have happened: -I'm getting involved in undergrad research with my math professor. I'm working on the problems now. -I was on the...

Re: The Reverse Thread
OBJECTION! The defense requests the witness be excused and arrested after that... erm... act of violence we just witnessed.
(Who knew you could even DO that with just a balloon?)

Re: Team Fortress 2
Well, if anyone has the console version I'd be happy to play with them Still relegated to that since I still don't have a PC good enough to run it. Though on the console version yesterday I had a match as Engineer where I got 7 dominations on one life. I was proud of that.

Re: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies
I think what kept it from me figuring it out is that I honestly never thought that AA would make one of its main cast the Big Bad-- Just goes to show me, I guess. In that case, the meta thinking harmed my theory rather than helped it. This. Due to meta, he wasn't even on my radar as a suspect, so p...

Re: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies
I just completed the game today. My thoughts: Also, Professor Means turning out to be the killer was a shock as well: I was certain it was Hugh. Hugh did seem like an obvious candidate to me, but I figured it had to be Professor Means if only because of how thematically relevant his downfall would ...

Re: Rank the Prosecutors
I don't really count Portsman because, though he is a prosecutor, he never acts in that capacity in the series. Anyway, in terms of skill: 7. Klavier- Well, he's okay I guess. I think he's a better prosecutor in terms of finding the truth than half the others on this list because he even supports th...

Re: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies
Favorite new character (main characters aside) is Hugh. I can see some of myself in him and we even look a little alike XD

Re: Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies
My theory was that it was actually Ted Tonate. Which actually would have made a lot of sense, I think. As soon as I heard "no emotions" I immediately thought of him, since he types everything and his voice is totally emotionless. Also, the explosions of course pointed to him as being a li...

Re: Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies
Yeah practically every single present is preceded by them basically telling you what to present. I'd definitely say that's exaggerating. Just the big ones, really. Though most are obvious anyway. And I think people are actually forgetting about the difficulty of the main series games in criticizing...

Re: Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies
Finally finished. Loved it, but I have to say, my biggest problem with the game was this: STOP TELLING ME EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE TO PRESENT RIGHT BEFORE YOU ASK ME TO PRESENT IT. JUST... STOP IT. That started to really annoy me after a while when they just didn't stop doing it all the way through the g...

Re: The NaNoWriMo Thread - National Novel Writing Month
I'll be working on it this year. I have quite a few ideas and no idea which ones to choose, but I will get there sooner or later. I will be victorious!

Re: Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies
My complaint with the investigation system lies with the inability to examine backgrounds. To me that's just... no, you can't do that. You don't do that. Examining stuff was always fun in the other games even if it wasn't relevant- why would you bother taking that away?

Re: Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies
-That final mechanic at the end of Case 2 made me feel like a genius. Not to give anything away, but it's basically this game's equivalent to the AAI series's logic, and I hope there's a lot more of it in later cases. Thought Route is pretty meh. While it looks very pretty, it's nothing more than a...
