How to Make a Circular DanganRonpa Courtroom and Some Other Stuff

Hi. Semper Solus here. I'd been working on and off on an Ace Attorney/Danganronpa fan-game since before V3. Since I'm still not done with the first case (or with graduate school), I decided I'm just going to stop now. With AAO, that is. Not grad school. Want to make that clear. This is a tutorial fo...

Re: [UCANT] Turnabout Bakeshop (Released!)

So, I'm running it on Wine, and whenever I click out of the game, I can't click back in. Cursor goes back to the system default. If I didn't save recently, I lose gameplay data. It's probably not that important, I can technically still play this, and in a way it's my fault for not using an OS compat...

Re: [E] Unable to edit (or remove) certain actions on frames

I didn't mention it because I reproduced the bug in the editor afterward. I did make both trials initially in Catalysis. To your credit, it's easier. That said, I hate to make things more difficult, but I just tried to reproduce the bug in a brand new trial made entirely in the editor, and succeeded...

Re: [E] Unable to edit (or remove) certain actions on frames

Hmm, why does the start of this trial look familiar? Did you make this case in Catalysis? If not, I'm curious why the start of this looks exactly like the opening to my demo case from Catalysis. I'll look into this one in more detail. I'm probably going to have to fix the trial data manually, which...

Re: [T] Turnabout Curtain ●

I am stuck on the PyWright version (1.01). The walkthrough says, "Move -> Wright Anything Agency "Point to the bracelet" However, when I move there, there is no prompt for pointing, and no bracelet. Did I miss something? I have absolutely no idea what to do. I feel like I've tried eve...

Re: The Dragon's Turnabout (Released!) ●

Just found this, and I normally don't post Streams of Consciousness several months after a trial is completed (is that breaking a rule?), but I feel like I had to this time. I had so many thoughts. I'll compromise by posting only the highlights: (I'm just worried this view inside my head will discre...

[S] Whatever happened to the ability to save trials as text?

In v5, you could convert your trial to text, and copy it to a text editor and save it, or paste it into a new trial for easy cloning.

Plus, when the trial is in a text format, it is much easier to manipulate.

Is that still around? Replaced by the new save feature? Gone forever? I kind of miss it.

Re: How big can a variable's value be?

Your integers should be fine as long as they don't go above 9007199254740991 (2^53-1), which lets you handle 52 pieces of evidence. Any bigger, and things start acting strangely. For example, it is impossible to add two to that number. This isn't a problem with AAO, but a result of how the internet...

How big can a variable's value be?

Specifically as a number, but the string part might be good to know, too, I guess. I'm trying to see if there is a way to hold two separate evidence lists. The plan I have so far is to use f:evidence_is_revealed to see which evidence list is currently displayed (by checking a piece of evidence that ...

Re: Resources: Court Record items and Locations

I'm doing a case that takes place in another country, so I needed to make a new court, here it is: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2015/025/8/4/mexico_s_court_by_hessehl-d8ffb2i.png If someone knows how to make the blur effect I would really appreciate that you teach me how. http://i.imgbox.com/e...

Re: Request Topic

Hey-o. I'm requesting a looping animated GIF of the swirly red ghost world background from Ghost Trick. I've tried ripping it myself by making the layers invisible in DesMuMe, but it seems part of the 3-D used in the ghost world is in the same layer as the foreground sprites of Sissel and Ray, not t...

Re: Semper Solus's Sprite Stash

Definitely by now legal double post. Here is the updated Luke Atmey design: http://i.imgbox.com/nd6Fjk9V.gif I kind of like it better, but I'm going to wait for feedback on the hair, and work on another character in the interim. Something else that's kind of cool: http://i.imgbox.com/fNYfgynO.gif (c...
