Command: !whois
Syntax: !whois @user
Parameters: user - Mandatory The @ symbol is required. Specifies the user you want to find out who they are.

Command: !spoiler
Syntax: !spoiler text !endspoiler
Parameters: text - Mandatory The text in between !spoiler, and !endspoiler will be the text that is spoilered. The !endspoiler is optional, but if it is left out, all the text after !spoiler will be spoilered.

Command: !decode
Syntax: !decode text
Parameters: text - Mandatory The text that follows !decode will be unspoilered.

Command: !decrypt
Syntax: !decrypt text
Parameters: text - Mandatory The text that follows !decryptwill be unspoilered.

Command: !createchannel
Syntax: !createchannel name
Parameters: name - Mandatory The name will be the name of the channel you want to create. Note, that you cannot use spaces in the name of the channel. In addition, if a channel with the name given already exists, the channel will not be created.
