Because I don't see a topic for it yet. Anyone planning to get something today? I grabbed Arkham City for $30 at Best Buy even though I waited for an hour (I talked to people so it went by pretty fast).

Black Friday refers to companies being in the black which is good (Opposite of companies being in the red which you'll hear a lot more often). So for the day, a lot of stuff (TVs are usually the biggest hit) is insanely cheap compared to the original retail price.
