Re: [UCANT] Turnabout Bakeshop (Released!)

While I utterly failed in giving a report in time, I did play a beta of this and you should absolutely give this a play. Also isn't it a good time to allow non-AAO games to post in 'Your Trials'? I feel like they're bound to get more attention there. Especially if people here only for the cases don'...

Re: [T][CE] Strangers in the Land of Turnabouts ●

Sorry for the late replies! Thank you all for playing and (as best I can see) enjoying this! Well I just played the case and I have no idea what that was but I loved it! (Despite no tape recorders.) Ah, but there was one. Right in the prologue, in fact. It wasn't a tape-recorder, admittedly. Cassett...

Re: Setting the Stage

Congrats to the winners! (I've yet to play the first place entry, but I'll hopefully get around to it sometime soon enough...)

Re: Setting the Stage

I appreciate the consistency the reviews keep coming out with. So far they've managed to intrigue me for pretty much every case, too, which is an extra plus.

Re: Setting the Stage

I'd probably edit that last bit about the rankings out, Vagrant. I mean they're obviously not actual rankings (I'm assuming anyway), but I can't imagine people in the bottom feeling too happy to have their cases put there, even as a joke, especially since they aren't even out yet.

Re: Setting the Stage

As I've mentioned, unless the evidence has a pre-planned use for it somewhere in the trial itself, it won't make the case more interesting by default. The only thing I can suggest is, again, to go from "vague ideas" in cross-examinations to fully-fleshed out. Clearly have it as "Witness gives testim...

Re: Setting the Stage

Yeah, as stated above, the most optimal approach is planning ahead with the order of: Mystery ----> Cross-Examinations ----> Evidence As a side-note, though, one shouldn't worry about the number of evidence their case features. Just use as much as the case actually requires. I remember years and yea...
