We (meaning a few people on xat) have come to the realization that sending Mikael to the south at all right now is a really bad idea. While Camila and Lillika can barely (and I really mean barely) survive two attacks from the Mage, Mikael is 2HKO'd. So it would be really bad if we got horribly unlucky and Mikael missed. So Mikael will definitely be helping on the left side. Or at least staying away from the south.
As a note to Spyromed: Make sure to attack the Mage from the East side so you're not in range of the Lance Fighter. I haven't run the calculations myself, but I'm pretty sure Lillika can't survive 2 hits from the Mage AND a hit from the Lance Fighter.
This last part is Enthalpy's suggestion: Either Gav or DLA should finish off the Archer. Belynda should attack the Mage. Then whoever the Mage attacks on the enemy turn will get the kill on the Player Turn (unless it's Belynda, in which case the Mage will die horribly on the Enemy Phase). I've done the calculations, and unless I overlooked something, Belynda should be able to take 2 hits from the Mage just fine.
Edit: Mikael can attack the Archer as well, but he takes more damage from the Mage than either Theodora or Phantom do. So do keep that in mind. It is possible if we decide that Mikael needs the EXP or something though. Thankfully, we don't have to worry about the Archer counterattacking, for obvious reasons.
What a relief... the battle is proceeding smoothly, even if there were some problems on the way. I hope Megaera is alright, too... Belynda's worried started to wash away somewhat. Not completely, though, since this battle wasn't over just yet.
Attack the mage and stay out of the lance fighter's range. Sounds good to me!
And I would like to emphasize that what GD and I post are just recommendations, not some authoritative dictate of the Fire Emblem gods. Please, we want people to be involved in these discussions, and to have to a clear idea what we're doing and why. In this case, we want to kill that mage with minimal risk. Enolt is a bit overfed already, and if I attacked the Mage and missed, the Mage could revenge-kill me next turn. Lillika, though, doesn't have that risk. You can survive a miss, as long as you stay out of the range of the Lance Fighter, which you have.
I'll wait for moderation before moving.

Do we want to move somebody to lure the Lance Fighter up? If so, Zeta or me?

The Wyvern Rider continued watching as the fight continued across the board. Good, odds are nobody's dying. Well, none of us. He cast a dismissive glance on the Pegasus Rider flying away. Don't get a straight answer out of him, but I'm not surprised. Of course he wants to avoid the difficult questions. Sighing, he took another sweeping glance at the field. And with that mage down, time for me to earn my cut...
Mikael moves 1W, 5S.

"That was a close call. But you're ready to go back into the fray once again!" Edgar exclaims as he heals the Cavalier. "I see one particularly interesting Barbarian down south. There, see?" he says, pointing towards the paved road. "I think his soul is long overdue for blessing (or damnation) from the Goddess. See if you can arrange that."
